Refund & Return Policy – 25 January 2026

At ADispatcher, we provide professional outsourced dispatcher services to limousine, black car, and transportation companies. Our services involve trained human resources, customized onboarding, and operational time investment. As such, refunds are governed strictly by the terms below.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

Nature of Service

ADispatcher provides human-based dispatch outsourcing services, not software or digital products.
These services are time-based, skill-based, and customized for each client.

Once time, training, or operational resources are allocated, the service is considered consumed and non-returnable.

Trial Period

ADispatcher offers a 1-week trial period for new clients.

The trial period is provided for service evaluation purposes only.

Any concerns, performance issues, or objections must be raised during the trial period.

Completion of the trial period confirms acceptance of ADispatcher’s service structure, workflow, and delivery model.

Definition of “Service Start” (Critical)

For clarity and avoidance of disputes, service start is defined as the occurrence of any one of the following:

  • Dispatcher logs into the client’s system(s)
  • First inbound or outbound call is handled
  • First booking, dispatch, or operational action is performed
  • Live shift, monitoring, or coverage begins

Once service has started, refund eligibility immediately ends.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed only before the dispatcher starts live service, as defined above.

Once service has started:

❌ No refunds

❌ No partial refunds

❌ No prorated refunds

Refunds are an exception, not a right, and apply only if ADispatcher is unable to provide the service before service start.

Onboarding & Training Fees

All onboarding, setup, and training fees are non-refundable once onboarding or training begins.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Management and preparation time

System setup

SOP review

Shadowing

Internal quality checks

Replacement Policy (Before Any Refund Consideration)

If a client is dissatisfied with a dispatcher’s performance:

ADispatcher will offer a dispatcher replacement first.

Refunds will not be considered without allowing a reasonable replacement attempt.

Dispatcher replacement is the primary resolution method, not refunds.

Monthly Plans & Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation will:

Stop future billing only

Not result in refunds or credits for the current billing period once service has started

No retroactive refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

Client-Caused Issues (Refund Exclusions)

Refunds will be denied if service issues arise due to client-side causes, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to provide SOPs, credentials, or system access
  • Delayed onboarding or incomplete information
  • Poor communication or inconsistent instructions
  • Lack of operational clarity or training support
  • Misuse or mismanagement of dispatcher resources

ADispatcher is not responsible for delays or failures caused by client-side actions or omissions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used.

Payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.

Abuse, Chargebacks & Fraud

ADispatcher reserves the right to deny refunds and suspend services in cases of:

  • False claims
  • Refund abuse
  • Chargeback misuse
  • Bad-faith disputes

Such actions may result in permanent service termination.

By purchasing, onboarding, or continuing services with ADispatcher, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.
