Frequently Asked Questions About Limo Dispatch Outsourcing

Everything limo company owners ask us before getting started — and a few things they wish they had asked sooner.

How Does ADispatcher Work?

You share access to your LimoAnywhere account with your assigned dispatcher. They work inside your system, answer calls in your company name, enter bookings in real time, coordinate your drivers, and send passenger confirmations. Your clients speak to your company. Your system reflects everything in real time. You stay out of the day-to-day dispatch loop

How Long Does It Take to Get Started?

Most clients are fully live within 5 to 7 business days from the start of onboarding. We use that time to brief your dispatcher on your fleet, your clients, your preferences, and your LimoAnywhere setup before they handle a single live booking

Do I Need to Change My Software or Systems?

No. We work inside LimoAnywhere, which is the platform most of our clients already use. You do not need to purchase new software, set up new tools, or change how your operation currently runs. We adapt to your setup.

What Information Do I Need to Provide to Get Started?

Access to your LimoAnywhere account, your phone forwarding details, your standard confirmation templates, and a briefing on your fleet and any key client preferences. We walk you through everything during onboarding — there is no complicated checklist to figure out yourself.

Who Are Your Dispatchers?

Our dispatchers are based in our Egypt office, selected from hundreds of applicants, and trained specifically for the limo and black car industry. Every dispatcher goes through LimoAnywhere software training, accent evaluation, communication training, and real-world call simulation before being placed on any live client account. You can read more on our About page.

Do Your Dispatchers Have American Accents?

Yes. Every dispatcher goes through a voice screening and accent evaluation as part of the selection process. Only dispatchers who meet our communication standard — clear, neutral American accent, professional tone, confident client handling — are placed on live accounts. You can read more about how we approach this on our American accent dispatchers page.

Is My Dispatcher Dedicated to My Account Only?

Yes. When you hire a dedicated dispatcher through ADispatcher, that person is assigned to your account exclusively — not shared across multiple clients. This is what separates our dedicated hire service from a general answering service.

What Happens if My Dispatcher Is Sick or Unavailable?

Backup coverage is always in place. A dispatcher being unavailable on our side never becomes your operational problem. Your account continues to be covered without you needing to step back in.

What Is the Difference Between Your Dispatch Service and Your Call Answering Service?

The dedicated dispatcher service gives you a specific trained professional assigned to your account who manages your full dispatch operation — bookings, driver coordination, client communication — during their shift. The 24/7 limo call answering service is focused on inbound call handling and booking entry around the clock. Many clients use both together for complete coverage.

Can You Handle Airport Transfers and Flight Tracking?

Yes. Our dispatchers are trained on airport transfer logistics specifically, including real-time flight status monitoring, automatic pickup time adjustments for early arrivals and delays, and driver repositioning based on live gate and terminal data. See our airport limo dispatch page for more detail.

Do You Cover 24 Hours a Day, Including Weekends and Holidays?

Yes. Our 24/7 dispatch service covers every hour of every day including weekends, holidays and peak event periods. Coverage is handled across shifts so there is no single dispatcher working through the night and making tired decisions at 4am.

Can You Handle Corporate Accounts and Black Car Operations?

Yes. We work with corporate black car and executive transport companies specifically. See our black car dispatch support page for what that looks like in practice.

How Much Does It Cost?

Pricing is based on your fleet size, call volume and the coverage hours you need. We do not publish fixed rates because a 5-vehicle airport transfer company and a 25-vehicle corporate fleet have very different requirements. The fastest way to get a number is a free consultation. See our pricing page for a breakdown of what affects the cost and how we compare to in-house hiring.

Is There a Long-Term Contract?

We discuss commitment terms during the consultation based on the package you need. There is no pressure to sign a long-term contract before you have had a chance to see how the service runs.

How Is This Cheaper Than Hiring In-House?

A full-time dispatcher in the US costs $37,000 to $52,000 per year in salary before payroll taxes, benefits, training and equipment. ADispatcher gives you a trained, LimoAnywhere-ready dispatcher at a fraction of that cost, with no recruitment overhead and backup coverage built in. The full comparison is on our pricing page.
